Pace: Monday groups by distance, from up to 3 miles to 6 miles at conversational pace.

About
A member-run club that races in the Sussex Grand Prix and the East Sussex Sunday cross-country league and organises the Heathfield Midsummer 10k at Cross in Hand. It also runs Couch to 5K courses and a programme of social trail runs.
