ADH4 is a fun running, walking and socialising club, who meet at a pub on a Friday evening, usually, but not always, at 7pm. This is not a competitive race, just a fun run. All comers are made welcome. The idea is to run, walk or socialise whilst following a trail of dust set by the hares.
