The running club was established in 1986 and became fully affiliated to England Athletics (EA) in 1987. Our philosophy has been to balance the sport of running with fun and an active social side. We run from the Hamworthy Club on Monday evenings at 6pm prompt, with distances from 4 miles, with a chat in the bar afterwards.
