Dorset Council's Couch to 5K course at Moors Valley Country Park follows the NHS Couch to 5K app over nine weeks with a volunteer run leader. The 2026 courses are Wednesday 6 May to 1 July, 5:30pm to 6:15pm, and Monday 14 September to 9 November, 9:30am to 10:15am. The course costs £10 and parking is included.
